In June 2012, Beste Kalender will be playing the role La Zia Principessa in Puccini’s Suor Angelica. The performance is part of the Opera on the Avalon Music Festival 2012, which takes place this summer in Newfoundland.

In December 2011, Beste Kalender played the Third Lady in Mozart’s The Magic Flute with the GGS Opera.
